Publishing Policies

Move policies from draft to published status:

  1. Complete policy content and get stakeholder review
  2. Mark as Complete when ready for distribution
  3. Publish to make available to employees
  4. Policies become visible in the policy library

Assigning to Employees

Target policies to relevant audiences:

  • All employees: Security awareness, acceptable use, code of conduct
  • IT staff: Technical policies for system administration
