Create and configure your Infopol account to start managing compliance

Account Setup

Setting up your Infopol account takes just a few minutes. Once configured, you'll have a complete workspace for managing your compliance program.

What You'll Need

  • A work email address
  • Basic organization information (company name, your role)
  • Decision on whether to create a personal or team account

Personal accounts are ideal for individual compliance practitioners, while team accounts support multiple users with role-based access control.

Creating Your Account

  1. Visit the signup page and enter your work email

    • Use Google SSO for faster access if your organization uses Google Workspace
    • Choose a strong password that meets the minimum requirements
  2. Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox

    • Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes
    • The verification link expires after 24 hours
  3. Complete your profile with organization details

    • Enter your company name and select your industry
    • Specify your role (Compliance Officer, Security Manager, etc.)

Initial Configuration

After signup, configure these essential settings:

  • Account Type: Convert to a team account if you'll invite colleagues
  • Organization Profile: Add company size, industry, and compliance frameworks you're pursuing
  • Notification Preferences: Set how you want to receive alerts about tasks, incidents, and policy reviews

Verifying Your Setup

Confirm your account is ready by checking:

  • Email verification status (green checkmark in settings)
  • Organization profile completed
  • Account type matches your needs (personal vs. team)
