Creating Tasks

Tasks can be created for:

  • Controls: Review or update control implementation
  • Risks: Assess or treat identified risks
  • Incidents: Investigate or remediate security events
  • Assets: Update inventory or review asset security
  • Vendors: Assess or review third-party relationships
  • General work: Compliance activities not tied to specific entities

Assigning Work

Each task has:

  • Assignee: Team member responsible for completion
  • Due date: When the task should be completed
  • Priority: Low, medium, high, critical
  • Status: New, In Progress, Done
  • Description: Clear instructions on what needs to be done

Tracking Progress

Monitor tasks across your team:

  • View all tasks in a central task list
  • Filter by assignee, status, or locus type
  • Sort by due date or priority
  • Track completion rates
